Role – Project Coordinator
Location – Manchester City Centre
Salary - £27,000-£28,000
Hours – 9am-5.30pm / Monday-Friday
Type – Permanent
Reed are currently working with a dynamic and growing manufacturer of contract furniture is looking to hire a Project Implementation Coordinator to support business growth.
The client is looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects. The role will mainly include co-ordinating the activities at post-manufacture stage, working closely with the Project Manager and operations team.

The role will include but not limited to
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and other cross team members
- Assist the Project Manager with project, snags and callback labour allocations, and labour scheduling
- Collate, maintain and share accurate and up to date installation documentation with relevant teams
- Process purchase orders/generate orders for both suppliers and installation teams, according to the project timeline requirements and budget
- Participate in project manufacture meetings and provide administrative support to ensure all information across our various systems are up-to-date
- Be responsible for monitoring client feedback/enquiries and coordinating any quotes/work requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of and track project budgets, spends, expenses
Essential skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a manufacturing company, or similar environment
- Demonstratable skills in dealing with and generating purchase orders, and processing customer orders
- Self-starter, taking ownership and responsibility of tasks and deliverables, to support colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to multiple demands, self-prioritising of tasks according to project timelines
- Exceptionally well-organised with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, in a fast-paced work environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills – IT literate - MS Word & Excel
- Accuracy with numbers, costings and being detail orientated. Demonstratable experience of competency in this area is required
