Finance assistant required for a business in Coventry.
Job duties will be:
- To accurately record and produce weekly and Monthly Payroll
- Accurately and timely report Pensions
- Submit and ensure accurate record keeping of Deductions to include CSA
- Produce and Record P32/FPS/EPS
- To generate and post Payroll Journals in preparation for month-end reporting.
- Accurately calculate and submit P11D/Annual leave Accruals.
- Ensure Headcount is updated regularly.
- Monitor the Payroll Email box, handling all relevant Queries.
- Assist with end-of-year accounts preparation.
- Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with Reconciling 10 bank Accounts to include 4 currencies.
- Assist with all aspects of Debtors and Creditors where required.
- Assist with intercompany Reconciliation
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Group Financial Controller
You must have payroll and finance experience and ideally have used sage.
