Our client in the Energy industry is looking for a Business Design and Change Manager for an 18 month contract.
Job Description -
- Managing and supporting the Business Analysts and other supporting members of the Business Design & Change sub-team
- Reporting to the Senior Delivery Lead regularly with progress updates on Business Design & Change
- Communicate with the BI Change Lead to ensure that change activity is aligned with the overall programme timelines and intent
- Communicating with the BI Business Design lead to understand programme wide guidance and frameworks
- Communicate regularly with Technology Design & Delivery Sub-team lead on any changes that may impact technology design from a business change perspective and vice versa.
- Oversee the work of UAT testers, data analysts and organisation design support by providing insight and knowledge on process design best practice and standards
- Communicate with BPOs and SMEs, incorporating their knowledge and experience into development of Business change initiatives
Skills and Experience required:
- Deep expertise in Process Design and Improvement including an understanding of typical process artefacts such as taxonomies and maps
- Deep expertise in change management approaches and all of the standard change artefacts
- Stakeholder and Team Management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
