The Preston office is home to a team of 20 including 5 skilled senior Quantity Surveying. This consultancy is deeply committed to both the professional and personal development of its team members, providing outstanding APC support. Their flat organizational structure ensures that everyone has the opportunity for swift career advancement to senior levels.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
- Confident and positive demeanor
- The desire to work towards their APC and become a chartered surveyor
- A valid UK driving license is preferred
