Trainee Property Manager

A brilliant, forward-thinking, and friendly estate agency in Molesey is on the lookout for their next gem to join their team as a Trainee Property Manager. This role is perfect for college, sixth form, or university leavers looking to break into the property industry, as well as individuals seeking a career change. No prior experience in property management is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential properties.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain organised records and documentation.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and client correspondence.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No requirement to drive, but if you do that's a bonus.
