Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical bias to oversee Mechanical installations on a high-end residential project. The role involves managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing drawings and coordinating material distribution.
- Communicating effectively with site labour.
- Enforcing health and safety policies and method statements.
- Managing material schedules and orders.
- Maintaining a site diary to record and report issues.
- Monitoring site progress and guiding operatives.
- Coordinating with main contractors on access and material deliveries.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and safety on site.
- Preparing construction programs and managing resourcing issues.
- Attending site meetings and managing risks.
- Ensuring all work complies with specifications and is properly documented.

Requirements:
- Experience in site management with an electrical focus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- CSCS card
