Title: Affiliates & Partnership Manager
Job Type: Full Time - Office based role - (chance to go hybrid after probation)
Hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm)

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated digital marketing professional with an interest in affiliate and partnerships, to join a growing digital marketing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Affiliate program management
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Relationship building
- Performance analysis
- Commission structure management
- Policy enforcement
- Creative collateral development
- Communication and training
- Technology integration
- Reporting and analytics
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of running affiliate campaigns
- Optimise performance
- Ability to achieve measurable results
- Affiliates (1 year minimum)
- Partnerships (1 year minimum)
- GCSE's - Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Package:
- Salary £30,000 - £35,000
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Increases to 22 days holiday after 5 years of service.
