As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' educational and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting classroom activities.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring their academic and social needs are met.
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) as required.
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with students.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Driving is preferred due to the location of the schools.
