Their trauma-informed approach ensures that children with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioural needs receive the specialised 24/7 care and education they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work with a dedicated team and partner agencies to deliver personalised care.
- Engage in therapeutic activities and support the children's healing journey.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
- Be a positive role model, sharing hobbies and life skills.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working with children, especially in a therapeutic setting, is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate, caring nature with a focus on children's well-being.
- Strong communication skills and resilience.
- A full driver's licence is essential.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary from £31,500, based on experience.
- Training and development opportunities, including a Level 3 Diploma.
