Salary: From £31,500

Located in the picturesque Kent countryside, their first therapeutic residential children's home is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and healing environment where young people can flourish. Their trauma-informed approach ensures that children with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioural needs receive the specialised 24/7 care and education they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work with a dedicated team and partner agencies to deliver personalised care.
  • Engage in therapeutic activities and support the children's healing journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
  • Be a positive role model, sharing hobbies and life skills.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, especially in a therapeutic setting, is a plus but not required.
  • Compassionate, caring nature with a focus on children's well-being.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience.
  • A full driver's licence is essential.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary from £31,500, based on experience.
  • Training and development opportunities, including a Level 3 Diploma.
