About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with our existing mortgage customers. Leveraging your excellent communication skills and positive attitude, you'll proactively reach out to clients, understand their evolving needs, and introduce them to our latest products and services. With a focus on client satisfaction and strategic thinking, you'll identify valuable growth opportunities within our CRM system, ensuring our valued customers remain happy and well-served. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to complete their CeMAP qualification and thrives in a fast-paced, telephone-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Client Champion: Actively engage with existing mortgage customers, conducting needs assessments and exploring opportunities for better serving their financial goals.
  • Matchmaking for Mortgages: Connect clients with the most suitable products and services offered by our in-house Mortgage Advisors, fostering a seamless customer journey.
  • Growth Through Collaboration: Utilize your sales acumen to upsell or cross-sell relevant mortgage products, increasing client satisfaction and generating new business opportunities.
  • Champion of Efficiency: Manage remortgage leads effectively, ensuring timely communication through emails and phone calls to maximize appointment bookings.
  • Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate client databases and track booked appointments, adhering to all removal requests and data protection regulations.
  • Client Nurturing: Stay in touch with assigned clients throughout their mortgage journey, providing ongoing support and passing qualified leads to our Mortgage Advisors for further action.
