We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their team, offering part time hours, ideally 3 full days or 4 reduced hour days a week. (Flexible pending requirements of candidate)
This position is offering £14p/h
We need an individual that can show previous experience in a similar role, at least 2-3 years, who can handle all aspects of accounts for a busy company.
Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper main duties:
- All aspect of the sales ledger.
- Purchase ledger.
- Collaborating with project managers to assist with raising invoices.
- Bank reconciliation
- CIS payments
- Retentions
Account Assistant/Bookkeeper required skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Sage 50
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
