Description
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Organise meetings and manage databases.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate office procedures and find ways to streamline processes.
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Driving license (essential)
- Experience within similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
