My Client are seeking a full-time Residential Property Solicitor/FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to joint thier busy property team in Haywards Heath.
The role would suit someone who has a high degree of residential property experience (6+ PQE) running their own caseload and someone who has aspirations for progression.
My client are ideally looking for a Senior Level solicitor, who could potentially oversee other fee earners in the department, so this role would suit someone who is looking to make their first step into a management/team lead type of role.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- To increase the fee income of property work
- To manage a full and varied caseload unsupervised and working on your own initiative
- To liaise with estate agents on a regular basis to promote our services
- To develop and manage relationships with providers and clients
