Having secured seed funding through multiple VCs, we are looking to expand the team to scale their product development and embed their product into more mobility marketplaces and ATS systems. They are partnering with some of the fastest growth platforms globally and the future is exciting.
Role Description
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms, and acting as the customer service and validation admin function to double check on documents submitted by workers and drivers to ensure accuracy.
Candidate will enkoy administration and have a good eye for detail. Must be thorough and precise.
As a fast growing startup, they are looking for individual with can do attitude who can wear multiple hats and get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategy
- Create original content within AI tools, as well as self-written articles and content
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
- Daily monitoring of documents being submitted by workers, and to mark the accuracy of the documents
- Customer service using Zendesk and Hubspot
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Prior experience using Zendesk, Hubspot, Klenty etc
- Prior experience in working in startup and fintech companies preferred but not essential.
