What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4-6 years PQE Lawyer
- Expertise: Proficiency in all forms of corporate tax
- Specialization: Strong emphasis on M&A transactions and related documentation
- Experience: Significant involvement in Infrastructure M&A deals
- Versatility: Ability to advise on both domestic and international contexts
- Skills: Capable of drafting structure papers when required
- Drive: Demonstrates enthusiasm for Business Development
- Competence: Excellent technical and analytical skills in contractual drafting, due diligence, and providing regulatory and strategic advice
