**Management Accountant
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.
- Offer professional judgement on financial matters and advise on ways of improving business performance.
- Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers.
- Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues.
- Undertake financial analysis and planning.
- Implement corporate governance procedures, risk management, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Management Accountant role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
