Customer Service Administrator / Sales Order Processor
Our client based in Basildon are seeking an Customer Service Adminisrator to join their team on a Temporary basis (with the possibility of a permanent role) beginning immediately. The successful candidate will have good organisational skills and prior experience of sales order processing and customer service. Duties:
- Order management and fulfilment, order support and customer service-related tasks
- Assist with customer queries through marketplace messages on Amazon and eBay and ensuring customers receive a response within the 24-hour SLA response
- Sales order processing
- Handle incoming requests, via phone and email, to ensure any issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly for the customer
- Monitor customer feedback, resolving complaints and assisting with queries
- Maintaining records, logging customer interactions on the CRM system
- Working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office
Experience Required:
- Prior experience working within a Sales Administrator role or Sales Ordering Processing
- Experience using online platforms such as Amazon and eBay would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner and excellent literacy skills
- Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and find the best customer outcome
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude to work
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
£12-£12.50 DOE per hour, weekly pay
Office based with free parking
