**Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid search campaigns and a solid understanding of paid social media strategies. This role requires someone who is strategic, data-driven, and capable of optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage B2B paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bid strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.

  • Paid Social Media (Preferable):

  • Assist in the development and management of paid social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging ads tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Monitor and optimize social campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Regularly track and report on campaign performance metrics.

  • Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.

**Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B campaigns.

  • Experience in paid social media management is highly desirable.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work in the London office one day per week.
