The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid search campaigns and a solid understanding of paid social media strategies. **Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage B2B paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bid strategies.

Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.

Paid Social Media (Preferable):

Assist in the development and management of paid social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging ads tailored for B2B audiences.

Monitor and optimize social campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Reporting & Analysis:

Regularly track and report on campaign performance metrics.

**Qualifications:
