About the Role:

As our ICT Applications Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our Applications Architecture Strategy and Roadmap. You will lead a dedicated team of ICT Specialists committed to delivering diverse support and development services. Your role will be pivotal in driving the ICT Strategy and ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Influence and develop the ICT Strategic direction for our Applications Architecture, aligning with our strategic priorities.
  • Innovation and Assessment: Identify and assess new and emerging solutions, evaluating their potential impacts and opportunities.
  • Technical Guardian: Maintain the Technical Roadmap and deliver a robust programme of application and database management.
  • Transformation Support: Lead on transformation, managing development workloads and technical resources.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with all ICT Services teams to ensure controlled procurement, support, and maintenance of ICT solutions.
  • Risk Management: Effectively manage and mitigate risks, ensuring a professional and responsive service for our customers.
