We have multiple opportunities for Independent Financial Advisers across the above regions. Following a series of acquisitions our client is now able to be provide new recruits with an established client bank, to enable you to continue your career, with a strong start. Working closely with our Competency and Development team, and alongside our established Advisers you will get all the tools, para-planning and support that you need to succeed in your role.
What is on offer:
- Starting Salary at £40,000 with realistic long-term potential OTE £100K

The skills and qualifications we look for:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (only candidates with Level4 will be considered)
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser
- Strong networking, presentation, and business development skills
- Self-motivated, engaging, compassionate - a client-focused mindset
- Passionate, with a drive to succeed, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients
