Personal Injury Fee Earner
Multiple roles across various teams including EL/ PL/ OL Clinical Negligence and RTA
Salary DOE (Circa £55 plus generou OTE )
Experienced Fee Earner sought for a leading Legal firm. This role offers a basic salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience, along with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly .
The position is based in Manchester and offers a 3/2 alternative working from home pattern staff after probation. In addition, the successful candidate will receive good annual leave entitlement, Private medical insurance is available after two years' service, as well as Death in Service, an Employee Assistance Programme, free fruit & annual flu jab, and a generous departmental and firm-wide social budget.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of predominately pre and post issue fast track OL/PL cases. The role requires proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload, genuine tenacity, and a focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. The candidate should have the ability to handle OL/PL fast track cases and experience of the portal. Knowledge of the civil procedure rules, precedent, trends in litigation, and an ability and willingness to utilise the same to achieve the best possible outcome for clients are also essential. Key Responsibilities of the Fee Earner:
- Manage own caseload of predominately pre and post issue fast track OL/PL cases
- Handle OL/PL fast track cases
- Advance cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Utilise knowledge of civil procedure rules, precedent, and trends in litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Deal with litigated files from inception, through applications and challenges, to trial / disposal hearing
Required knowledge and experience for the Fee Earner role:
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload
- Genuine tenacity
- Focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Ability to handle OL/PL fast track cases
- Knowledge of the civil procedure rules, precedent, trends in litigation, and an ability and willingness to utilise the same to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Litigation experience
