Graduate Accounts Payable Clerk / £23,000 - £25,000 / Birkenhead / Hybrid / Temporary for 6 weeks (could be extended)
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Birkenhead who are looking for a Finance Graduate join their team on a temporary basis in Accounts Payable for a period of approx 6+ weeks.
Package:
- Salary £23,000 - £25,000
- 6 weeks (could be extended)
- Hybrid (3 days from home)
Location: Based in Birkenhead - parking on-site
Job Duties:
- Monitor Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring queries are answered in a timely manner
- Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
- Data input of supplier details
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Supporting wider Accounts Payable team internally
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes desirable
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
