Search Recruitment Group is partnering with a prestigious hospital on the Isle of Man, seeking an experienced and passionate CBT Therapist to join their dedicated team. If you're looking to work with individuals facing severe and enduring mental health challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to individuals with severe and enduring mental illnesses, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to support their mental health recovery.
- Assess, formulate, and deliver treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Maintain detailed records of clinical assessments and treatment outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
Essential Requirements:
- Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) - this is essential for the role.
- Sufficient post-qualification experience in delivering CBT interventions, particularly with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
- Ability to drive and access to your own vehicle is advantageous, but not essential as a carpool is available.
