Conceptual Creative Lead - Hybrid

Our client are eagerly looking for a creative lead who has 8-10 years experience in the design industry, a solid background of creative ideation for design and motion lead social campaigns and ability to lead a teams workflow juggling multiple brands but still ensuring a seemless design floor and perfectly executed client output. You'll have managed teams members, crafted paid digital motion ads thats lead with strategic thinking and beautiful technical, have great communication, unshakable confidence, ability to talk to stakeholders and a love for collaborating and getting the most from your creative team!
You'll be comfortable stepping away from the tools side of creating projects to solely focus on imparting your ideation knowledge of creative ideas to help foster a team of enthusiastic down to earth and ego-less creatives on our clients key social media platform account plus a wide variety of other brands in their small central london studio to create beautifully crafted, thoughtful, strategic, fast pace ad briefs and other digital applications.
The team is lean and mean but very tight knit and eager to learn new skills from one another and grow together, so you'll be eager to impart your wisdom.
A background in solely social ads is advantageous but not essential.
