An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing team on a 12-month FTC.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution throughout each project
- Manage SEO strategies and website updates to maximise online visibility
- Develop fresh ideas and content for a variety of platforms, including the company website, case studies, PR materials, and newsletters
- Analyse and track campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future marketing activities
- Coordinate and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and oversee media buying for the UK, Ireland, and international markets, ensuring creative development of effective campaigns
- Oversee the launch of new products and brochures, contributing to creative copywriting, design, and coordination with external providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating deals to maximise value
- Propose and manage budgets for marketing activities
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance reviews, and progress meetings
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Positive, adaptable mindset
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills
