Are you a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a passion for innovative and sustainable designs?
I am working with a RIBA chartered practice in Sutton who have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward to welcoming a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to their team. The practice provides creative and tailormade designs across the residential and mixed-use commercial sectors and pride themselves on delivering high-quality service.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have some experience in industry and should have exceptional technical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have a positive attitude and should enjoy problem solving.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Must be RIBA Part 2 qualified
- Some industry experience is beneficial
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Experience visiting sites is beneficial
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Creative design flare
- Must live locally to Sutton, or willing to relocate
