Job Title - Project Coordinator
Their Purpose - A growing business specialising within commercial solar pv installations across the UK from small sizes up to utility scale multi-megawatts. Providing a full turnkey solution including maintenance and optimisation, consulting and energy storage batteries on a large scale they are rapidly growing with a turnover of £5m.
Location &, flexibility - Office based, operating predominantly throughout the Southwest.
Salary & Benefits - Up to £35k, 28 days holiday + 3 extra Christmas days, Private healthcare, Training an development.
About the Job:
As project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and assisting with various commercial solar pv projects from inception though to completion.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with the design team and clients to gather necessary information for accepting orders upon receiving a signed contract, contract recommendation form or preliminary payment.
- Collect and prepare all relevant documents for commercial projects to e received and approved by directors, including credit checks, tender documents, purchase orders and any amendments to terms and conditions.
- Complete the 'order acceptance' procedure to advance the order to the project allocation stage.
- Ensuring documentation of the handover between the sales and installation departments whilst providing support for project and programme management.
About you:
- 1-2 years experience within a similar project coordinator role
- Experience within the renewable/solar energy industry is advantageous
- Background within operations or projects management is Advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Full driving licence
