We are looking for individuals who are driven, competitive, personable, and want to progress a career in recruitment. You will be joining and working directly with one of our experienced Recruitment Managers who will work to help you progress through your career here and you will have a clear progression plan from day one.

The role
You will be joining us as we grow once again, as a team of 9 our strength lies in the fact that we can dedicate the time and resources you will need as an individual to make yourself a success in what is a hugely competitive industry and a new career.
You will also be joining one of our Recruitment managers with years of management experience, as well as taking on a tech market in which we currently have active candidates and clients, meaning you have every tool to succeed.
You'll be supported throughout, not only by your direct manager but also by our associate director and wider team. We will provide you with internal and external training - we believe in giving people all the tools to succeed.

- Experience in a customer-facing/sales-based role

- Curiosity in recruitment is key - we need people keen to find out more and always be learning.
- Resilience is key in everything we do in recruitment; we always look for people who understand that recruitment can be a rollercoaster but if you can continue through the setbacks, the rewards for perseverance is well worth it.

- Organisation skills - with numerous clients and candidates seeking your expertise, you must master the art of multiple plate spinning.
