We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join our passionate team from September 2024.

Job Description:

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Year 5 pupils. You will plan and implement engaging lessons, assess student progress, and create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each student.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Relevant degree in education or related field.
  • Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, preferably Year 5.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
