Nexus Recruitment have partnered with a boutique Property Management agent who are based in South London/Kent border. Our client is winning new business regularly and are therefore looking to hire an experienced Block Property Manager to look after a local portfolio of circa 400 units long term.
Core responsibilities:
- Full management of major works, with support from the Managing Director when needed
- Working with the accounts team, setting up and managing service charge budgets
- Regularly liaising with leaseholders and clients, maintaining and building those relationships
- Chairing AGMs when needed
- Attending site visits regularly
Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years experience within private leasehold, either managing their own portfolio or assisting one. This role wil suit someone ambitious, who is looking to grow with a small managing agent and progress into Senior PM status. The following qualifications/skillset is preferred:
- 2 years + in Block Management
- ATPI qualification or working towards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Full UK driving license
