Company overview:
My client is a leader in the industry, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. They are looking for a talented PR and Communications Coordinator to join their team and help deliver effective communications that support their business objectives.

Role Overview:
As a PR and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging content and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your success will be measured by your ability to create impactful communications and demonstrate the measurable results of your PR efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
PR:
- Attend quarterly meetings with Regional Directors to stay updated on key development milestones.
- Serve as the point of contact for our PR agency, coordinating schedules and facilitating bi-monthly marketing/communications meetings.
- Brief their PR agency on communications campaigns and sales launches.
- Support the PR agency by providing necessary information for press releases.
- Coordinate the drafting and editing of press releases, ensuring approval from relevant parties.
- Draft quotes for press opportunities, partner press releases, and journalist requests.
- Assist project teams at press events and broadcast opportunities.
- Maintain the PR coverage database.

External Communications:
- Collaborate with the Digital Communications & Content Executive to draft blogs and webpage copy for websites and social channels.
- Produce communications collateral, including development brochures and branded materials.
- Brief and support agencies in writing and designing award submissions, ensuring criteria and deadlines are met.
- Research and write award entries, producing final submissions in InDesign.

Internal Communications:
- Support the Internal Communications & Events Executive with internal engagement activities, including content creation for the intranet, posters, newsletters, and the quarterly staff magazine.

Team Collaboration:

- Support and attend corporate events as required.
- Foster collaboration across the team to align and optimise PR activities.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of branding guidelines.
- Assist the Head of Communications and the Communications Team with various projects.

Key Relationships:
Internal: Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Value, HR, HSE, Quality, and project teams.
External: PR consultants, designers, photographers, client/partner communications, third-party agencies, journalists.
