Job Title: School Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of the school, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage the school's administrative functions, including HR, facilities, and IT.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies.
- Lead and manage a team of administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and contractors.
- Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial management software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
