Clarity are recruiting for an established and successful company based in Hook for 2 x Sales Administrators to work in their busy sales orders team. This is a full time, office based role.

Role:
- General sales administration
- Adding sales orders onto the database
- Generating invoices
- Liaise with customers via both telephone and e-mail
- General customer service queries
- Provide product information to the sales team as and when required
- Chasing deliveries with suppliers
Person:
In order to successful in this role, you will be:
- Personable with outstanding customer service skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a friendly team
- IT Literate in MS Office (incl Excel)
- Strong team player
- Have a minimum of 2 years Sales Administration experience
The Package
- £22,800 to £25K (depending on experience)
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays + extra days after +1 year service
