Clarity are recruiting for an established and successful company based in Hook for 2 x Sales Administrators to work in their busy sales orders team. This is a full time, office based role.

Role:

  • General sales administration
  • Adding sales orders onto the database
  • Generating invoices
  • Liaise with customers via both telephone and e-mail
  • General customer service queries
  • Provide product information to the sales team as and when required
  • Chasing deliveries with suppliers

Person:

In order to successful in this role, you will be:

  • Personable with outstanding customer service skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a friendly team
  • IT Literate in MS Office (incl Excel)
  • Strong team player
  • Have a minimum of 2 years Sales Administration experience

The Package

  • £22,800 to £25K (depending on experience)
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays + extra days after +1 year service

  • Hours 09.00 - 1730 Monday to Thursday / 0900-1630 Friday
