The role will also include assisting clients with the migration of on-premise o modern cloud based systems.

A good working knowledge of 365 Admin Center's and windows based operating systems and IPv4 networks is essential and the ideal candidate will be Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.

The team support small to medium size businesses in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.

Engineer Skillset

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Telephone support
  • Onsite support
  • Assisting Clients with a variety of technical issues
  • Assisting Clients to plan future upgrades

Essential Skills:

  • 3-4 years Industry experience
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Exchange Admin Center
  • SharePoint Admin Center
  • Endpoint Manager admin Center
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft 365 Defender
  • Azure Active Directory and Endpoint experience
  • Sound understanding of IPv4 networking.
  • The ability to communicate with clients via telephone, video, face to face and email
  • Windows 11 OS Install and Support
  • Microsoft 365 Systems Admin experience
  • Microsoft 365 migration and Implementation experience
  • Helpdesk Support experience?(we are a VAR for SMB?s)
  • Knowledge of GDPR

Desirable:

  • Windows Server OS Install and support
  • Active Directory Systems Admin
  • Remote monitoring and management
  • AWS experience
  • Draytek Vigor experience
  • Unifi WIFI hardware
  • Managed Switches

37.5 Hours a week - 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)
