Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success as an infrastructure procurement specialist
- Experience with both hardware and software acquisition processes

Procurement Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Demonstrable knowledge of supplier management techniques including negotiation strategies, vendor selection criteria etc.
IT Knowledge/Skills:
In addition, they must have expertise across some (or all) these areas:
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure
