Customer Service Administrator

A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Hackney.

Duties will include:

  • Taking orders over the phone and via email and processing
  • Speaking with high end clients and customers
  • Advising quotes and answering queries
  • Entering onto in house system
  • Assisting with packaging delicate products when required
  • Printing labels for the production team
  • Assisting senior members within the office

You will require:

  • Manufacturing experience is beneficial
  • Good administration skills - must have previous experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Basic IT skills
  • Organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable approach

Hours:

Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
