Lettings Valuer - Up to £35,000 OTE

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Valuer to an expanding team. This role focuses on growing our property portfolio through winning new instructions and supporting branch profitability. You'll be key in fostering positive client relationships and delivering a consistently high level of customer service. Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying opportunities and registering prospective clients
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential tenants
  • Carry out property valuations to secure new instructions
  • Negotiate and finalise tenancy agreements
  • Provide assistance to the Branch Manager when needed
  • Ensure outstanding customer service across all client interactions, both in-person and over the phone
  • Work towards achieving individual and branch targets
  • Represent the company professionally in all dealings
  • Cultivate strong internal and external relationships

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Lettings Consultant or similar role
  • Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Confident communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships
  • Adaptable and open to change
  • Full UK driving licence required
