Reed Marketing and Creative are on the lookout for a creative and skilled Social Media and Content Manager to join a vibrant start-up in the beauty industry. You will be responsible for managing their social media accounts, creating original content, and fostering their company image to achieve their marketing goals. This role is perfect for someone with a graphic design background, an eye for detail, and a passion for the beauty sector.
Day to Day of the role:
- Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok predominantly) including 4 Instagram posts and 3 TikTok posts per week.
- Design and update website banners in line with social campaigns and product highlights.
- Generate and manage 4 blog posts per month with SEO-optimised content.
- Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform social media strategy.
- Set specific objectives, implement social media strategy, and report on ROI.
- Work creatively within budgets to maximise user-generated content with supplied products.
- Assist with general office admin tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Social Media role, beauty industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in creating user-generated content.
- Strong skills in Canva and graphic design.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with photographic and video equipment.
- Experience with WordPress WooCommerce is an advantage.
