Job Title: Sales & Marketing Admin
Location: Wetherby
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £25,000, depending on experience

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to join our client based in Wetherby as a Sales & Marketing Administration.

Due to the location, your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handling client calls and emails
  • Process customer order requests and managing customer database
  • Raise invoices and credit notes
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with other departments regarding stock levels
  • Oversee stock maintenance, including import/export and stock level reporting
  • Organise travel and accommodation for UK and international events
  • Manage exhibitions, including booking venues and transporting materials
  • Adhoc marketing support including proof reading
  • Handle office tasks such as minute-taking, database management, diary management, and expense reporting
  • General office admin
  • Coordinate with site contacts and engineers regarding the maintenance of medical devices and other company equipment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
