Alderley Park Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Carrier Implementation Manager for our notable client based in Manchester. This is a permanent role, remote working with two office days per month for internal meetings. This is paying a salary of £52,000 - £63,000 DOE.
The Role
You will be part of a cross functional team responsible for facilitating the successful build, maintenance, and operational flow of our clients Carrier partners integrations by ensuring their requirements are defined and understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
With a passion and detailed understanding on how carriers operate, you should thrive on immersing yourself into multi-disciplinary detail and translating this across to your colleagues to widen carrier knowledge internally.
Day to Day
No two days are ever the same at our clients business so what you'll be up to will vary. The pace they move at also means priorities will change and you'll need to be comfortable with this (they will support you!). But these are the things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.
- Build a strong working knowledge of your allocated carrier partners technical integration and working practices
- Documenting key process flows required for customer and/or carrier use of the clients product(s)
- Identifying and flagging any opportunities for integration and /or process improvement
- Completing requirements elaboration and refinement - working alongside engineers and testers in a "3-amigo" style to ready these requirements for development, implementation and configuration
- Configuration of carrier information in Sorted systems where applicable
- Writing supporting documentation (technical and non-technical) for both internal and external stakeholders
- Promote, demonstrate, and share knowledge on business best practise with peers
ABOUT YOU
- Worked within a Carrier and / or Carrier Management Platform business (desireable)
- Experience of business integrations at a technical level
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience capturing requirements for development teams within an Agile Framework
- Working on complex software products (API and SaaS focussed)
- Engaging and leveraging partner/3rd party relationships
- Utilising data and market insights to inform decisions and direction
