The Team:

As the Head of SEO, you'll play a crucial role within our E-commerce team, reporting directly to the E-commerce Director. You will lead the team responsible for driving organic growth and optimizing the online presence for both our B2C brands and client airports.

To succeed, you must demonstrate leadership, strategic vision, and technical SEO proficiency, coupled with core values of integrity, innovation, customer focus, and teamwork.

The Role:

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing impactful SEO strategies aligned with business goals to optimize B2C brands and client online presence for organic growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of SEO specialists, fostering collaboration and overseeing on- and off-page optimization initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and performance.
  • Industry Insight: Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in search engine rankings.
  • Optimization Initiatives: Drive initiatives to improve website architecture, content quality, and user experience, enhancing search engine visibility and overall website performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of key performance metrics, regularly report trends and insights to stakeholders, and utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize SEO performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our in house content team, developers, and other marketing heads to integrate SEO best practices into overall marketing strategies and ensure alignment across departments.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and future trends.
  • Commercial success in improving organic search rankings and driving measurable organic growth.
  • Experience managing other performance channels (at least two of the following: GDN, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, VOD).
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and target-driven with a proven ability to deliver revenue in line with conversion paths and performance strategies.
  • Proactive and highly organized with excellent time management and planning skills.
