Office Administrator – Barnsley – up to £25,000

Chase & Holland are excited to work exclusively with an established manufacturing business in the Barnsley area who are rapidly expanding. They're looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be working within a small but knowledgeable team and will suit someone who is proactive and hardworking. You will be eager to learn and have experience in a similar role.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with purchasing, creating GRN'S and tying up of the invoices
  • Maintaining the main reception area, answering the telephone, taking messages, greeting guests
  • Working with the wider team to keep stock levels accurate
  • Shipping of parcels worldwide
  • General administration such as scanning, filing, keeping spreadsheets up to date
  • Working with the Operations Manager to assist with the daily tasks

Key Requirements & Preferences:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft software and general IT
  • Ability to work independently with supervision
