We are seeking two Handymen for a temporary assignment at a social housing site. This role is ideal for skilled individuals who can handle a variety of maintenance tasks and are available for work on Thursday 13th June and Friday 14th June from 08:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting general maintenance and repair tasks at the social housing site.
- Identifying and resolving issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Carrying out minor carpentry and painting tasks as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within the allocated time frame.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations while on site.
- Collaborating with the site team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Broad skill set encompassing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
