I'm looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Ealing area to work in a permanent position with a large social housing contractor. This job will be working on void properties undertaking repairs and maintenance.
The Multi Trade Operative will need:
- Experience working in social housing properties
- Experience in painting and decorating, carpentry, plumbing and cleaning
- A full UK driving license
The Multi Trade Operative will receive:
- A company van and fuel card

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:
- Reactive repairs
- All aspects of plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating
