I am seeking a confident and experienced Conveyancer on behalf of my client, who are based in North Cheshire
The ideal candidate will manage a small caseload of approximately 30 files and provide comprehensive support to fee earners in their absence. This role requires expertise across all aspects of conveyancing.
The Role:
This is a full time, permanent position and my client is seeking a candidate who is has fulfilled previous fee earner positions and holds minimum 3 years conveyancing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 files, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.
- Provide cover for fee earners as needed, ensuring continuity and high standards of client care.
- Handle client interactions, providing clear and concise updates throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
