The role of Senior Delegate Acquisition Executive who seeks to embark upon a sales career with a company that offer personal development opportunities. The events you will work on will be varied and allow the successful candidate the opportunity to gain broad-reaching experience of selling different types of opportunities.
The role and responsibilities of this Senior Delegate Acquisition Executive:
- Use strong communication skills to make outbound calls with senior business professionals.
- Use LinkedIn and other databases to generate new business prospects and potential event customers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of connections to meet the team's sales targets.
- Capture customer information correctly using the company's Salesforce CRM system.
- Develop lasting relationships with leaders from the retail industry.
To be successful in this Senior Delegate Acquisition Executive:
- Ideally having 1 year of delegate acquisition.
- The ability and willingness to learn, to be trained, and to communicate authoritatively.
- Enthusiasm to grow and understand one or more industries (especially the retail sector).
- Possess plenty of drive, self-motivation, and determination to succeed.
- Good as both a team player and an independent operator.
- Happy to work towards KPIs and sales targets.
