Your new role
As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team by providing detailed reporting, assisting with product management tasks, and inventory management processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing insightful analyses, assisting in product selection, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to drive sales and meet business objectives.
Provide weekly, quarterly reports to provide actionable insights to the team
Conduct post event and promotion analyses, identifying success's & room for improvement
Conduct monthly website analyses
Forecast seasonal trends and provide recommendations to the design teams
Prepare product selection and place orders in line with launch objectives
Prepare seasonal buy review presentations
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years experience in merchandising, inventory management or retail analytics
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related preferred field
Excellent organisational and time management skills
