Are you a Sales Progressor looking for a new challenge? Or a Sales Negotiator progressing their own sales and looking to get into a Sales Progressor role? We have an exciting opportunity with our our client, who is a privately owned, independent Estate Agency in Cambridge to join their busy office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management, they pride themselves on their local knowledge advising homeowners on buying and letting in the local area. The ideal candidate will have experience progressing their own sales as a Sales Progressor or a Sales Negotiator within Estate Agency, be self motivated, and enjoys working within a busy and varied role. You must have exceptional communication skills, along with being organised and enjoy working within a busy and varied role.

Salary package and benefits of this Sales Progressor role include:

  • Basic £25,000
  • OTE £35,000
  • Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Hybrid working after 6 month completion of probation

Main responsibilities for this role of Sales Progressor include:

  • Paperwork compliance
  • Reporting of your sales progress
  • Tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and professionalism is always provided
  • Working closely with vendors, buyers and solicitors
  • Progressing sales efficiently
  • Assisting with any issues and enquiries
  • Working as part of a team

Essential skills for this Sales Progressor role include:

  • Previous experience in a sales progressor role or sales negotiator role within Estate Agency
  • The ability to maintain strong working relationships
  • Confident and enjoy dealing with and meeting new people
  • High level of accuracy and problem solving skills
  • Ability to organise your workload and meet multiple deadlines
  • Self motivating and enthusiastic
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A motivated team member with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Passion to provide a high level of client care and demonstrate the firms' shared values
  • Good IT skills
