Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Hertfordshire (with some flexibility to work from home)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + 20% commission on all banked revenue (no validation levels)
Our client, a growing and dynamic financial services firm, is looking to hire an ambitious and driven Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser to work closely with the director, managing an existing mortgage client base and a substantial back book of remortgage clients who are due for renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of mortgage and protection products to new and existing clients.
- Manage and develop the director's mortgage client portfolio, as well as nurture remortgage clients.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring clients' needs are fully met.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by providing valuable insights and professional service.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
- A driven, proactive individual with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and protection services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification required.
