We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lettings professional to join this successful and growing independent estate agent, with a number of branches in the Norwich area.
As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for the whole lettings operation, driving the lettings business, growing the portfolio and leading the lettings team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings business
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure all properties are marketed effectively and efficiently
- Conduct valuations, generate new business, negotiate tenancy terms and agree rents
- Ensure all lettings compliance is adhered to, including tenancy agreements and deposit protection schemes
- Manage and resolve any landlord or tenant queries and issues
- Keep up-to-date with current lettings legislation and industry developments
Requirements:
- Experience as an Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Benefits:
- Circa £30,000 Basic Salary
- OTE uncapped and earning potential upwards of £55,000
